Distribusi Dan Margin Pemasaran Hasil Tangkapan Ikan Tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) di Tpi Ujungbatu Jepara
Abstract
Ikan Tongkol adalah salah satu ikan ekonomis penting yang tidak hanya disukai oleh masyarakat Indonesia, tetapi juga beberapa negara di Asia. Diperlukan proses pemasaran yang baik dalam menyalurkan barang dari produsen hingga ke konsumen. Panjang pendeknya saluran pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap harga dari barang pada konsumen terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran serta efisiensi pemasaran pada tiap level lembaga pemasaran di TPI Ujungbatu Jepara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif, margin pemasaran dan efisiensi pemasaran. Distribusi pemasaran ikan Tongkol di TPI Ujungbatu dipengaruhi oleh harga, produk, tempat, dan promosi. Berdasarkan pengamatan diketahui bahwa lembaga yang berperan dalam distribusi pemasaran ikan Tongkol adalah nelayan, pedagang besar, pedagang pengecer serta konsumen dengan pola distribusi yang terdiri dari 2 rantai pemasaran dan kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah keuntungan dan margin pemasaran terbesar diperoleh pedagang besar. Lembaga pemasaran baik pedagang besar maupun pengecer memiliki pemasaran yang efisien.Downloads
