<p><em>The implementation of partnership between PT XYZ and coffee farmers is the basis for assessing farmer satisfaction with the established partnership. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of partner farmers, analyze partnership patterns, measure the level of coffee farmer satisfaction with PT XYZ, analyze the feasibility of farming, and formulate managerial implications The research is conducted by survay method and the data is analyzed by descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and R/C ratio. The characteristics of partner farmers are analyzed based on age, gender, land area, length of partnership, and education level. PT XYZ applies a core plasma pattern system in partnership with coffee farmers. The CSI score of 86,98 percent is included in the very satisfied category with the attributes of contract clarity, price compliance, price transparency, purchasing consistency, ease of requirements, loan procedures, increased income, product quality, however, in the results of the IPA analysis there are main priority attributes, namely field assistance and payment accuracy. The recommended managerial implications for the company are the preparation of Key Performance Importance (KPI) compiled based on the results of the IPA.</em></p> <p><em>Key words: coffee, farmers, partnership</em></p>
