Abstract

Visi studi ini ialah guna mengetahui bagaimana rumput odot (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) merespons usia pemotongan berbeda pada hal produksi biomassa serta kandungan nutrisi pada pertumbuhan ketujuh. Rancangan eksperimen yang dimanfaatkanpadastudi ini ialah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL)beserta tiga perlakuan serta empat ulangan. Yaitupemotongan 30 hari (P1), pemotongan 60 hari (P2), serta pemotongan 90 hari (P3). Variabel yang dikaji pada studi ini meliputi tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, produksi bahan kering, bahan kering, organik, protein kasar, serta serat kasar. Pengkajian data dilaksanakan memanfaatkan ANOVA.Penemuan studi ini menunjukan rataan tinggi tanaman (cm) 108,45 ± 13,31 (P1); 135,40 ± 27,90 (P2); 163,00 ± 22,81 (P3); panjang daun (cm) 70,65 ± 0,12 (P1) ; 83,95 ± 5,99 (P2); 94,75 ± 8,18 (P3); produksi bahan kering (ton/ha) 1,32 ± 0,71 (P1); 1,53 ± 0,60 (P2); 4,46 ± 0,87 (P3); BK (%) 11,99 ± 1,96 (P1); 10,25 ± 0,84 (P2); 17,29 ± 3,59 (P3); BO (%) 81,71 ± 1,25 (P1); 81,44 ± 0,59 (P2); 83,61 ± 1,04 (P3); PK (%) 15,92 ± 0,99 (P1); 10,54 ± 0,34 (P2); 8,90 ± 0,65 (P3); SK (%) 18,70 ± 1,91 (P1); 22,87 ± 0,90 (P2); 24,40 ± 1,05 (P3). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan Studi menggambarkan rumput odot (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) mempunyai efek yang sangat besar (P<0,01) atas perlakuan pada tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, produksi bahan kering, BK, BO, PK, serta SK. Penemuan tes Duncan menggambarkan P1 tak berbeda secara signifikan pada P2 (P>0,05), melainkan berbeda secara signifikan (P<0,01) atas P3 pada hal tinggi tanaman, produksi bahan kering, BK, BO, serta SK. Namun, ketika membandingkan P1 dengan P2 serta P3, P1 menggambarkan korelasi yang berbeda secara signifikan (P<0,01) terkait panjang daun serta PK. Berlandaskan temuan studi bisa diambil simpulan produksi biomassa tertinggi terdapat diusia 60 hari dan juga untuk kandungan nutrisi terbaik pada umur 60 hari

 

This study aims to determine Determining the effect of fertilizer use on biomass production and nutrient content of root-kernel legume (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) at ke-7 growth.  This study used a controlled release design (CRD) for its experimental procedures. Consistingof 3 treatments and 4 replications. That is T1 = Cutting  30 days, T2 = Cutting  60 days, and T3 = Cutting  90 days. The variables studied in this study were plant height, leaf length, dry matter production, dry matter, organic matter, crude protein and crude fiber. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed the average plant height (cm) 108.45 ± 13.31 (T1); 135.40 ± 27.90 (T2); 163.00 ± 22.81 (T3); leaf length (cm) 70.65 ± 0.12 (T1); 83.95 ± 5.99 (T2); 94.75 ± 8.18 (T3); dry matter production (tons/ha) 1.32 ± 0.71 (T1); 1.53 ± 0.60 (T2); 4.46 ± 0.87 (T3); DM (%) 11.99 ± 1.96 (T1); 10.25 ± 0.84 (T2); 17.29 ± 3.59 (T3); OM (%) 81.71 ± 1.25 (T1); 81.44 ± 0.59 (T2); 83.61 ± 1.04 (T3); CP (%) 15.92 ± 0.99 (T1); 10.54 ± 0.34 (T2); 8.90 ± 0.65 (T3); CF (%) 18.70 ± 1.91 (T1); 22.87 ± 0.90 (T2); 24.40 ± 1.05 (T3). The statistical analysis revealed that the treatment significantly affected many parameters of dwarf elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott), including plant height, leaf length, dry matter production, DM, OM, CP, and CF (P<0.01).  Duncan's test findings shown that regarding plant height, dry matter production, DM, OM, and CF, T1 was not statistically different (P>0.05) with T2, but considerably different (P<0.01) with T3. On the other hand, regarding leaf length and CP, T1 was significantly different (P<0.01) with T2 and T3.Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that the highest biomass production occurs at 60 days of age and that the best nutritional content is also found at 60 days of age.
