PENGGUNAAN TEPUNG BIOFLOK SEBAGAI AGEN IMUNOSTIMULAN PADA SISTEM PERTAHANAN NON SPESIFIK IKAN LELE SANGKURIANG (Clarias gariepinus)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas pemberian tepung bioflok sebagai agen imunostimulan dan mengetahui perlakuan terbaik pemberian tepung bioflok dalam menstimulasi sistem pertahanan non spesifik dan SR ikan lele sangkuriang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2015 di Laboratorium Perikanan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan (0% tepung bioflok + 100% pakan, 5% tepung bioflok + 95% pakan, 10% tepung bioflok + 90% pakan, dan 15% tepung bioflok + 85% pakan) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Penelitian berlangsung selama 35 hari dan diamati pada awal (H0), tengah (H18) dan akhir (H35) penelitian. Data hematologi (persentase hematokrit, total leukosit, diferensial leukosit, aktivitas fagositosis), SR dan relative percent survival (RPS) dianalisis dengan analisis ragam (Anova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung bioflok berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan sistem pertahanan non spesifik namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap SR. Perlakuan terbaik imunostimulan tepung bioflok yang mampu menstimulasi sistem pertahanan non spesifik (total leukosit, diferensial leukosit, dan aktivitas fagositosis) ikan lele sangkuriang adalah 15% tepung bioflok + 85% pakan.
