Jurnal Agroindustri Berkelanjutan is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing high-quality original research and comprehensive review articles. Published biannually (in March and September) by the Department of Agricultural Product Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Lampung, the journal serves as a premier academic platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to disseminate innovative findings and advancements.

Focus: The primary focus of the journal is to explore and advance the fields of agroindustry and agricultural product technology. We are deeply committed to fostering research that drives innovation, efficiency, and sustainability within the agricultural sector.

Scope: To support a greater global exchange of knowledge, the journal welcomes scientific contributions that cover a broad spectrum of agro-industrial disciplines. The scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following core areas:

• Agro-industrial Process Technology: Innovations in post-harvest handling, food and non-food processing technologies, bioprocess engineering, packaging technology, sensory evaluation, functional food development, and food safety and quality assurance.

• Agro-industrial Management and Systems: Strategic management within the agricultural sector, including agro-industrial supply chain management, techno-economic analysis, quality control systems, industrial process optimization, and agribusiness modeling.

• Environmental and Sustainable Agroindustry: Research focusing on ecological sustainability, including agricultural waste management, the valorization of agricultural by-products, circular economy applications, green processing technologies, and life cycle assessment (LCA) in agro-industrial systems.
