Journal of Agribusiness Science

Published by the Department of Agribusiness, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung, in collaboration with PERHEPI (Indonesian Agricultural Economist Association). A peer-reviewed platform for research in agribusiness and related scientific fields.

A publication forum for research results in the field of Agribusiness, agricultural economy, agricultural development, rural sociology, agricultural extension, food security, and other subjects related to agriculture and society.

Frequency: Published four times a year (February, May, August, and November).

Peer Review Process

All submissions are reviewed by an editor and at least two reviewers using anonymous (double-blind) reviewing. Authors must ensure no personal or professional relationship exists with suggested reviewers to maintain an unbiased opinion.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Our ethic statements are based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

• Editors: Responsible for publication decisions, ensuring fair play and confidentiality.
• Reviewers: Contribution to decisions, promptness, confidentiality, and objective standards.
• Authors: Reporting standards, ensuring originality, and disclosure of conflicts of interest.

Journal History

The first printed Journal was published in 2013 and the online version started in May 2018. Accredited SINTA 4 since October 3, 2022 (No.204/E/KPT/2022), valid from Vol. 8 No. 2 May 2020 until Vol. 13 No. 1 February 2025.
