FOCUS

The Journal of Community Engagement of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung (JPFP), is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to disseminating innovative and impactful community service activities in the agricultural sector. Published twice a year, in March and September, JPFP aims to bridge academic knowledge with real-world applications by showcasing transformative community empowerment initiatives. The journal emphasizes the implementation of science, technology, and local wisdom to enhance agricultural productivity, sustainability, and rural community welfare.

SCOPE

JPFP publishes articles based on community service and empowerment activities related to, but not limited to, the following fields:

  • Agrotechnology and Sustainable Crop Production

  • Agronomy and Horticultural Community Practices

  • Soil Science and Land Resource Management for Communities

  • Plant Protection, Integrated Pest Management, and Community Biosecurity

  • Animal Science and Livestock-Based Community Empowerment

  • Agricultural Engineering and Appropriate Technology for Rural Development

  • Agricultural Product Technology and Community-Based Agrifood Innovation

  • Agribusiness, Rural Entrepreneurship, and Farmer Institutional Strengthening

JPFP encourages manuscripts that highlight participatory approaches, technology transfer, capacity building, local innovation, and measurable social, economic, or environmental impacts on the community.
