Research Ethics Statement
Jurnal Agrotropika – The Journal of Tropical Agronomy is committed to upholding the highest standards of research ethics and integrity. All research involving humans, animals, or the environment must be conducted in accordance with ethical principles and relevant national or international guidelines.
Authors are required to ensure that their studies have obtained approval from an appropriate Ethics Committee or Institutional Review Board (IRB) when applicable. The ethical approval number and the name of the approving institution must be clearly stated in the manuscript.
For studies involving:

Human participants: Authors must confirm that informed consent was obtained from all participants, and personal data were handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Animals: Research must comply with institutional and national regulations governing the ethical treatment of experimental animals.

Environmental and field studies: Authors must ensure that the research does not harm natural ecosystems and complies with local or national environmental regulations.
Any research misconduct, such as data fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or unethical experimentation, is strictly prohibited. The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board will follow COPE guidelines when handling cases of ethical violation or disputes.
