JTIHP publishes original articles relevant to tropical agroindustrial technology and management. This journal is published twice yearly, in March and September, by the University of Lampung, and managed by the Department of Agricultural Product Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, in cooperation with the Association of Indonesian Food Technologists (PATPI).
Since October 2019, JTIHP has been accredited as SINTA 2 (No. 28/E/KPT/2019). In 2023, JTIHP was granted re-accreditation SINTA 2 according to Decree No. 79/E/KPT/2023. This journal uses Open Journal Systems 3.2, an open-source software developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) under the GNU General Public License.
Starting Volume 29 No. 2 (2024), all accepted manuscript in Jurnal Teknologi & Industri Hasil Pertanian will be published in English. The manuscript texts can be submitted in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
